When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. All audio and video files shared with us are purged from our servers and Amazon S3 within 30 days of being uploaded.
MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 unless supervised or provided permission to do so by their parent(s) or legal guardians. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data on this Site without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to SSY Media LLC or its subsidiaries through this Site, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
